“There She Goes” isn’t in Passport to Paris but it IS in the iconic welcome-to-London montage in Parent Trap. Perhaps perfect evidence of a cognitive bias at work in the jumbling up of nostalgic films in a brain?
even if it's not in Passport to Paris, your note about P to P reminded me to hunt down a vhs copy of it on eBay. I'm collecting all the Mary Kate and Ashley movies on VHS after my husband found a copy of The Challenge (arguably the worst MK & A film) at a used book store haha <3
This post turned me into a paid subscriber. While I'm trying to talk to anyone and everyone about Baby Reindeer, the shoutout to Prime is what finally converted me. The soundtrack still slaps, and I'm fairly certain a CD of it is floating around in some forgotten box.
If you're a fan of "The Perfect Pair" by Beabadoobee, I think it sounds exactly like Ghostwriter, the opening song in Prime.
